What appears on my bill or statement?

Nothing can refer back to us, so your order will be discrete!
We do not use our names or add product overviews.Β 

Can you explain the status of my order?

– Payment Pending:Β Your card details areΒ received so no need to reorder.Β 
– Processing: Payment has been received and order is prepared.
– Awaiting shipment: Your order will ship from the EU within 1 business day.
-Completed: We have shipped your order, simple as that.
– Refund:Β SelfΒ explanatory.

I have not received any emails about my order, have you shipped it?

All orders receive email updates failed or not.Β If you have not yet received an email then please check your junk orΒ spam mailbox as some emails areΒ directed there. Please move these to your inbox to prevent it from happening again.Β You may also log in to your accountΒ here to see the status of your order at any time via our site.

How can you guarantee my order will arrive to my address?

If your order has not arrived within 21 days we will reship your order without any costs. Refund instead of free reship is not possible.

I ordered the wrong item. Can IΒ return or replace it?

After shipment, no sorry. Due to the nature of the business all sales are final. However, it’s possible from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order.
